"Understanding Emotional Intelligence in Six Seconds."

Inside Change: Transforming Your Organization with Emotional Intelligence
by Joshua Freedman, Massimiliano Ghini, MBA

Many times the books on leadership focused on systems, management, etc., not taking into account the complex (and powerful!) system of our emotions. Josh Freedman integrate much of the new neuroscience with a comprehensive look and analysis of how people can make successful change by honoring the people involved, integrating emotional intelligence skills, in conjunction with keen business sense.

There is so much to offer in this book, it is like reading an"Operational Manual" in each chapter. This is a must read for those who are looking for ways to change, starting from the inside!

I am not going to tell you that the road to a positive attitude is easy because it is not always so easy to be positive. It can be done though. You have to start understanding that gossip and talking about negative things is a terrible thing to do.

It breaks you down as a person and allows your mind to start making excuses for yourself. You have to keep an upbeat personality on your side, and on the days that it is hardest to smile, just do it. Smile, even if it is fake, sooner or later you will notice that it puts you in a better mood and you will become more positive.

Start your day with a positive quote. Have you ever woken up to a song? It gets stuck in your head all day and you can't get rid of it. The time that you first wake up is very powerful. Harness this power and fill it with a positive goal of yours. This goal will rule your day and help keep you positive.

This is the success secret of the super achiever. Having a positive attitude is your number one ally. Start everyday positive and end everyday positive. Whenever a bad thought creeps into your mind, stop yourself and think about something positive.

Are you ready to harness the power of your new positive attitude and use it to make some money? Go to the website below for more information.
