The best combination will be both the leader and the follower have positive attitude towards in achieving their goal. So let see how positive attitude have the effect on the leaders and followers.
A leader who has a positive attitude will influence his/her followers to carry that same attitude. Because they are like the brain of the whole group, if they have positive thinking, naturally the followers will sense the positive thinking and be more motivated to take actions. A good example of a leader with positive attitude will be teacher. Young children are very dependable of leaders when they are growing up because leaders are the vehicles to the children which will provide them with all the help and assistance. In any circumstance, a leader's positive attitude will have greater impact and influence on their followers.

For followers, positive attitude will be important when they are faced with a difficult task that they have to do. When they are being influenced by their leader, they will be willing to work extra hard and be motivated. A good follower will have a positive attitude and they will do every job that they are being assigned by the leader with pride and with all their effort. They will be able to get the job done so that the leader will be able to move on to the next task.
So we can see from this that both the leaders and followers are important. In fact it is necessary for us to be both a good leader and followers. In the society there will be times when we have to play the role of a leader and the role of a follower. Thus it is so important to have a positive attitude so that we will be able to do the things that we are required to do.

The Just Wait Teen Program
The teenagers of the Just Wait Teen™ program are exposed to the information and research concerning their Happiness, their Temperaments, their Talents, their Attributes, their Gifts and how to maintain long term relationships. The Just Wait Teen™ program is life enhancing program, not a substance rehabilitation program. Although its' objective is to give the teens tools and understandings to reach 21 years - substance free.
This Program was developed by the Just Wait Foundation a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation to prevent drug, alcohol, and tobacco problems among teenagers. The Foundation provides one-year scholarships (two semesters) at a Community College or $1000 award to teens that completes the 4 year Just Wait Teen™ Positive Youth Development Program, obtains a GED, or graduates from high school - alcohol, tobacco, and drug free. The Just Wait Foundation has arranged to use of 80 acres to raise fruit and vegetables to finance the scholarships
We offer free training for any person or group that wants to start this program in their community.
