Josh Freedman integrate much of the new neuroscience with a comprehensive look and analysis of how people can make successful change by honoring the people involved, integrating emotional intelligence skills, in conjunction with keen business sense.
There is so much to offer in this book, it is like reading an"Operational Manual" in each chapter. This is a must read for those who are looking for ways to change, starting from the inside!
