How to Consciously Use your Emotional Energy Susan Walker
Regulated by the brain, emotions are psycho-physiological responses to internal and external stimuli. Emotions and feelings are internal energy fluctuations prompted by mental interpretations of sensory perceptions and thoughts. The degree of emotional intensity determines the degree of energy disturbance in body and in the emotional energy field.
The stronger the emotion or feeling, the more intense the energy field created by it. This emotional energy is incredibly powerful. Examples of the power of these energy fields include stories about amazing acts of strength when people find themselves in emotionally charged situations like actually lifting a car off of a child trapped underneath.

Both positive and negative feelings and emotions create energy fields. These emotional energy fields are the gardens in which we plant the seeds of our desires. Our thoughts are the seeds. To learn to consciously manifest, we must learn to focus our emotional energy on our intended thoughts.
Focusing emotional energy takes practice. Currently many of us allow the energy of our emotions and feelings to take on a life of their own. Our uncontrolled emotional energy manifests our thoughts as easily as our controlled emotional energy.

Over time I have spent a lot of emotional energy on my relationships with other people. Before I learned the rules of conscious manifestation, I spent my energy worrying about what other people thought and trying to interpret what people said to me to see if I could figure out what they were really thinking. The manifestation of this energy was that people considered me calculating and aloof. I could not develop close, loving, relationships. My relationships were manipulating and calculated.
Now that I practice conscious manifestation, I make sure that I approach others with thoughts of love and understanding. I focus my emotional energy on the goodness of others, on what they are saying, how they are feeling and what I can do to support and help them. Now my life is full of wonderful, loving people. My relationships are comfortable and supportive and have filled my life with love and kindness.
While the examples of spectacular strength are much more sensational, focused emotional power can clearly bring more love and understanding into your life.
So how did I make a shift in my emotional energy? I shifted my thoughts. I changed my paradigm from thinking that other people's thoughts controlled my life, to understanding that I controlled my life. I also realized that I wanted to support others. It was only then that I able to shift my emotional energy away from fear toward love and to turn my relationships around.
Susan Walker has been a student of conscious manifestation for some time now. As with all students, she needed teachers. Finding your teacher is a personal search. Please visit her at http://www.consciousmanifestation.com and she will share information about some of her personal teachers with you.
